  New Course Available: Collaborating for Success
  A new on-demand course, Collaborating for Success: A Shared Customer-Centered Approach to Service Delivery is now available. This online course has four short modules and features strategies for workforce development partners to collaborate to support customer success. The course will take about 1 hour to complete and you can resume your work at any time.

Introduction to the PA CareerLink® System

Welcome to the Introduction to the PA CareerLink® System course which was developed in partnership by the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) and Department of Labor and Industry (L&I). This course will provide a basic overview of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) core program services in Pennsylvania and review best practices for referring customers to another WIOA core program.

Collaborating for Success: A Shared Customer-Centered Approach to Service Delivery

Welcome to the Collaborating for Success: A Shared Customer-Centered Approach to Service Delivery course, which was developed in partnership by the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) and the Department of Labor and Industry (L&I) to address the current state plan goal of increasing co-enrollment. This course will provide you with strategies to work with other workforce development partners in order to best support the needs of your customers.

Once logged in, click on Catalog. Read the descriptions of the courses and click on Access to enroll in a course. There is currently only two courses available during the pilot phase.

These courses are designed that your
progress will be saved if you resume your training on the same device.
Be sure to click on Yes when it asks if you’d like to resume where you
left off. Otherwise, all progress will be lost.

Yes, certificates of completion are
awarded to participants who complete all of the required activities and
the evaluation. Please contact us at wstadmin@tiu11.org if you have any questions.

There are no deadlines for completing
these courses. The course materials are available 24/7. You can complete
the course at your own pace and schedule.
